Gary Booth, Board Member

Dr. Gary Booth is a seasoned leader in research, innovation, and venture development, bringing decades of experience in corporate R&D, clean energy, and startup investment to DNA Nanobots. A retired Vice President of R&D at Procter & Gamble, Gary played a pivotal role in the development of household brands, including Crest, Pantene, Folgers, and Bounty, during his 31-year tenure.

Beyond his corporate career, Gary has dedicated himself to fostering scientific innovation and economic development. He is the Founding Partner of Carmen Ventures, Chairman of the Jane & Gary Booth Foundation, and Owner of Starshine Energy, a solar utility supporting research initiatives in Eastern Kentucky. He also serves as a Board Member at Pioneer Ventures and has been an advisor to The Ohio State University for over 15 years, shaping technology and research strategy in chemistry and biochemistry.

With a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Ohio State University, Gary brings a deep technical expertise and a passion for mentorship, venture investment, and scientific progress. His strategic insight and leadership on the DNA Nanobots board help guide the company’s growth and technological innovation in the field of DNA nanotechnology.
