PIPELINE · ALL PROGRAMS PRECLINICAL

One platform. Many genetic diseases.

DNA Nanobots is a platform technology company. We evaluate the Genobot architecture against genetic diseases where payload size, tissue targeting or repeat administration is the limiting factor. No program has been designated a lead. All work is preclinical. DNA Nanobots has no approved products and is not currently conducting clinical trials.

FOCUS AREA

Where the platform is being evaluated

Rare, single-gene conditions with clear, well-understood biology give us the cleanest read on delivery and expression, so they are where the architecture is tested first. The emphasis is the platform, not any single indication.

PRECLINICAL

Duchenne muscular dystrophy

Muscle · full-length dystrophin construct

Full-length dystrophin exceeds the payload capacity of AAV. This program defines the platform’s long-term payload objective.

Development status. The program described on this page is preclinical. Program selection, sequencing and objectives may change as research progresses. Nothing on this page is medical advice, an offer of treatment, or a statement that any therapy has been shown to be safe or effective in humans. Statements about intended development are forward-looking.

FOR PATIENTS AND ADVOCATES

What this work means, and what it does not mean yet

We are developing a way to deliver large genes into cells. That work is at the laboratory and animal-study stage. There is no approved DNA Nanobots treatment, and no clinical trial is open. We publish what we learn, and we welcome contact from disease foundations and advocacy organizations working on the condition above.
